Introducing Devil's Garden Captain Hook, a remarkable gelding boasting exceptional intelligence, a calm demeanor, and an easy-going nature. Projected to mature over 15 hands in height, Hook's string test results indicate potential for 15.2 or 15.3 hands, with a current height of 15+ hands at just three years old. Born and raised on our ranch, he has received handling from birth and inherits his excellent trainability from his mother, DG Mocha. Hook possesses an impressive range of skills, including tying, bathing, trailering, and getting along with others, as well as being well-behaved for the farrier and boasting excellent feet and legs. His gentle nature is truly noteworthy. Currently undergoing light saddle training to allow for optimal growth, we are happy to continue his training for an additional month or so before picking up again as a four-year-old next year.
