Meet DG Captain Hook, affectionately known as “Hook.” He is a very nice, up-and-coming Mustang looking for his special person to share a lifetime of adventures.

Hook was born on our ranch to a wonderful Devil’s Garden mare that we trained ourselves. She has since gone on to her forever home, where she is happily enjoying trail riding and new life experiences—traits we are already seeing reflected in Hook.

Hook is expected to mature around 15.2 hands, and with his 4-year-old birthday coming up in May, he still has plenty of growing and developing ahead of him. He has always been level-headed, calm, intelligent, and personable, making him a pleasure to work with.

He has completed all essential groundwork and ground training to become a solid, well-mannered citizen and has recently begun his under-saddle training. Hook currently has 7 rides, has been ponied on the trail, and is progressing very nicely with each new experience.
